KEEP THE MEMORY ALIVE

After doing research on Wedding favors and wedding stationery I can’t believe I went to a wedding recently that gave me a few pieces of candy bagged up. I mean who doesn't love candy, but there's so many unique favor ideas on the internet. Wedding favors can be the best way to say thank you to all your guests, why not add some personality to it. In my opinion I want my wedding to be memorable for everyone! That wedding favor can keep the memory alive especially if it’s useful.

One way to give your wedding thank you is making an ornament with your names and the wedding day. I just love the idea of my guests opening up their holiday ornaments every year and remembering the good times they had dancing the night away.

Another great way to keep them thinking of dancing the night away is making each guest a CD mix of songs played during your reception. It could include your first dance song, the father/daughter song, the mother/son song, and other songs that remind guests of the night.

After you have the playlist on CDs, you can have labels and cd sleeves made that say your names and the wedding date. Also, a catchy little saying or engagement photos would be a great. This is such a great way to show your couple personality through song!

I love weddings that make sure to have photo ops for each guest. A great idea is to make sure your photographer gets shots of everyone at the wedding. That way after the wedding you can have photo magnets (like save the dates) made of each guest and mail them as your thank you instead of wedding thank you cards.

It could be a great DIY project for you and the hubby to reflect on all the pictures. This would be a great personalized keepsake and guests wouldn’t be expecting it. The best thing to do in this case is to have a little thank you at the actual wedding, such as candy or popcorn bags.

Weddings are supposed to be filled with laughter and drinks, which is why I think playful favors are great. All you need is the perfect party accessory and to add your names and date. One direction you can go is having a box or a mason jar of matches  with a cute saying on them can be all you need. Who doesn’t need matches?

Another idea is having a beer koozie because everyone loves a cold one. You can also have pictures printed on coozies now.

Speaking of beer, a bottle opener is always handy, your guests would love it. You can always be by their side during relaxing times.

Lastly, a wine bottle stopper would be a useful favor for all the wine-o friends you have.

It’s so nice to receive a favor that you can use in the future, so think about that on your wedding day. Show your friends and family that you care and that you’re truly thankful to have them with you on your special day. If you have unique wedding invitations, why not unique wedding favors. Show your loved ones how creative you can be at saying, Thank you!
