Our place card boards are meticulously crafted by our skilled team. Each board features two layers: the top layer has removable cards with guest names and seating assignments, and the bottom layer reveals a beautiful image or text. The cards are mounted on a sturdy fabric-wrapped canvas, ensuring a durable and elegant finish.
To ensure a smooth experience for your guests, we recommend assigning 1-2 attendants to help guests find and remove their place cards. This prevents any accidental damage to the board and ensures that everyone can easily locate their seating assignment.
Our place cards use a gentle, repositionable adhesive like a Post-it note. This ensures easy removal without damaging the beautiful image hidden beneath.
If you’re concerned about the accuracy of your seating assignments or anticipate last-minute changes, we can send your board with the top layer cards unattached. Each card will have your guests' names on the front and "table___" on the back, allowing you to fill in the seating assignments upon receiving the board. We recommend listing all confirmed guests and those still pending confirmation. If any guests cannot attend, simply remove their card on the day of the wedding after all other cards have been removed and no one will know!
We require high-resolution images (at least 2MB) and can assist in selecting the best ones. We provide digital proofs for your review before finalizing the design.
